Lewis is a Partner at WDScott and leads the Strategy & Operation Design service line. He specialises in the design and planning of business operations and improvement programs based on validating business direction and defining the required future processes and competencies. His consulting experience combines strategic planning and problem analysis with process modelling and design. Lewis has worked throughout the world, predominantly in the financial services sector. Prior to joining WDScott, Lewis held leadership positions with an international strategy firm and a global accounting firm's consulting practice.
