About

Jon is an Associate Partner of WDScott and leads the Process Excellence service line. Bringing over 20 years’ experience, Jon is a process improvement specialist with extensive hands-on experience in Lean management and continuous improvement.

 

He has worked with organisations in defence, government, telecommunications and manufacturing, introducing operational excellence processes in such companies as Boeing and Ericsson, both in Australia and Europe. Jon has recently led significant programs of process change with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads and the RACQ Group. With a focus on skills transfer, Jon is ultimately motivated by seeing people working effectively together and achieving outstanding results, equipped to sustain a genuine continuous improvement culture.
