Outsourcing of Process Management
Much of our initial process work with our Clients is completed as a one-off 'consultancy' during which we define their process model and then drive out early improvements.
However, we are also able to establish, manage and update the process model for Clients in an outsource arrangement, either from the outset or after the first phase of improvement - and there is a strong case for doing so.
