Our consulting model is based on providing clients with dedicated involvement of highly experienced consultants whose role includes the transfer of capability to client personnel and the establishment of permanent improvement processes.
WDScott’s leadership team and its thought leaders remain deeply engaged in the delivery of client value.
Engagements are led by Directors or Partners who have gained experience through formal consulting careers, through senior line or functional roles in industry, and (often) both. They devote personal attention to the client sponsor, senior executives and the client project team.
All members of the team have multi-national experience and most have worked in a number of sectors. This multi-sector experience enables new learnings to be transferred; rather than just best current practice.
It is the firm’s objective for all team members to be actively involved in accreditation and ongoing professional development and in the enhancement of WDScott’s methods and models.
As a matter of policy, WDScott remains independent of major technology solutions and outsourcing service providers. We follow and recommend the principle of assessing first the purpose or intent of any matter under review, then the fundamental processes, and only then the enabling tools such as IT.
We work with a range of vendors and products but our arrangements are not exclusive. We also have a bias toward enabling tools which have
- low capital outlay for our client
- low dependency on suppliers, and
- low switching costs.
