In the hands of our experienced consultants and trained client personnel these methods help identify the linkages between the value of the enterprise to its customers and shareholders, its intent or purpose, its constituent processes, how these processes are executed, the structure, personnel and technology.
We use the method to build an end-to-end view of how resources are currently allocated, and how they could be better allocated in an optimum end state business design.
The outcomes are then used to improve and ultimately transform the enterprise in a way that optimises transition risk; particularly in environments which are uncertain.
