Iconic Australian management consultancy grows again!

WDScott Ltd, the iconic Australian management consultancy firm, and Clear Lead Pty Ltd (www.clearlead.com.au), a consulting and project management specialist firm today announced their merger.

This merger creates a combined Australian consulting and services business of over 70 professionals with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane. The business also has operations in the UK and US.

WDScott has a rich history in the Australian, European, Asian and US market places. Founded in 1938 by Sir Walter Scott, WDScott grew to be Australia’s largest international management consulting firm. It developed a reputation with clients for integrity, excellence, innovation and results through the use of its structured and well-tested intellectual property and knowledge suite.

In 1985 the company merged with Coopers and Lybrand, now known as PWC in Australia and the UK, and sold its operations in other geographies. WDScott recently re-launched the brand under WDScott Ltd, a public unlisted Australian corporation, with a new international board and an impressive management team to lead the firm. WDScott attracted over half of the PA Consulting senior team in Australia when PA closed its Australian operations in September this year.
